SHIPPING FAQ 

If you have any question about your package’s shipping, PLEASE read here before submitting an email!

  • I ordered without tracking and my package hasn’t arrived yet. Can you track it for me? What should I do?

    Because all orders are shipped from the Caribbean, ordering without tracking poses the risk of things becoming lost for the cheaper shipping price! I currently no longer offer no track shipping because of this.

    I cannot track packages without tracking as they have no tracking on them. Things like the weather or where you live can lead to packages coming late!

    As specified here, I do not offer full refunds or replacements on lost packages without tracking because I cannot guarantee whether it arrived or not. I do offer free shipping codes for orders without tracking that have not arrived, so if you would like to receive that code, don’t be afraid to send an email!

  • One of my earrings came broken in the mail. What can I do?

    The simple answer is super glue if you’re up to the task! However I can replace any earrings that arrive broken so long as you provide photos that show it is indeed broken! This is absolutely free of charge.

  • How long will it take for my package to get to me?

    It depends! For most packages to get their way around the U.S, it takes 1-2 weeks! Anywhere else can go from 2-3 weeks to 3-4! When you go to order your package, you will only see shipping options for your area, and the shipping options you see will say how long you should have to wait for your package!

  • I received the wrong item. What should I do?

    Please please check your order confirmation to make sure you did in fact order the wrong thing! I’ve had several emails from people who are upset they received the wrong item when it was in fact what they ordered! It’s easy to forget after a few weeks of waiting!:)

    If you did truly receive the wrong item, send me an email and I am more than happy to send you what you actually ordered! However as far as I’m aware no one has ever received the wrong item!

  • I don’t like what I received. It’s too large/too heavy etc.

    On all product listings on my website, I list the size and weight of each pair of earrings. Though it is unfortunate if someone is unhappy with the size or weight of their earrings, I do list them on the website, therefore I don’t resend or refund those orders.

  • My ear wires broke, what should I do?

    If your ear wires break somehow, I am more than happy to send you a new pair to replace them! However I can only do this up to two times for each person, as these ear wires are very strong and expensive!
